Alts are welcome in the guild. We do expect you to declare a main character for raiding purposes.
Applying To Another Guild
If at any point you apply to another guild, or go on a trial run with another guild while in Crisis Management, you will be removed from CM without notice. If you feel our guild is no longer a place for you please contact an officer and let him/her know your intent. We respect your decisions, please respect ours.
You carry the guild name above your head at all times. Your words and actions represent the guild. When interacting with other players of the game, you are expected to act with both class and grace. Any actions taken by a member of Crisis Management that tarnishes the guild name will result in immediate removal from the guild. Be polite. Be nice. Don’t let other people drag you down to a lower standard.
If you like to create problems, this is not the place for you. Game Policies
We are a guild that exists currently in multiple games. We reserve the right to remove you from the guild for violating ANY of rules of a respective game(s) Terms of Service.
The bank (in games this applies to) exists to help guild members obtain items at a relatively cheap price compared to the market. The money earned in the guild bank is used to repair the gear damaged during raids and to run guild events. All of the items and money in the bank belong to the guild and NOT any individual member.
Probation is a penalty rank given to raiders who are not performing up to our expectations and holding the team back.
While on probation, the raider will be given a lower consideration for loot.
Every raider on probation is assigned an officer to work with them to improve and also to monitor their progress.
Probation will last two weeks. At the end of two weeks, if the raider has not improved, they will be demoted to friends and family. If the raider has improved, they will be restored to raider rank.
Crisis Management is first and foremost a progressive raiding guild. While we do promote a relaxed atmosphere in the guild, raiding is taken very seriously. Every member of the raid team knows his/her responsibility to the guild and the raid. Members should not need this spelled out. We run heroic and mythic raids in the current tier Raiders are prohibited from raiding current content with non-guild members / groups (this includes alts on and off server). Raiders in CM are choosing to exclusively raid with the guild. Exceptions to this rule can be granted on a limited bases with prior officer approval. CM uses a loot council for distribution of raid items (see seperate section). We currently raid Wednesday, Sunday, Monday from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM Server (8:30 - 12:30 EST).
Raiders must maintain sobriety while raiding.
The use of toys or cosmetic items that effect other people in raid is prohibited (ie: Turkey Gun, Silver Sage Incense and the Slide Whistle)
We use Mumble for all of our voice communications. Our Mumble information is listed on the website and on the guild information tab in the game. Every raider is required to use mumble. While voice communication is encouraged, talking is not required. Many CMG members also use Skype for non-raid conversations.
Website / Forums
All members of Crisis Management are expected to vist the website and forums on a daily basis. You are also expected to have an account on the website. Communication is key to our success.
Friends / Family
Raiders may request someone be added to the guild at Friends/Family rank. A Friends/Family guild member *MUST* be sponsored by a guild member. If at any point the sponsor of a F&F leaves the guild, the F&F members he/she sponsored will be removed as well. F&F's that want to become raiders will go through the same application process non-guildies go through. F&F is *NOT* a shortcut to being a raider in CM.
We take pride in the people that wear the Crisis Management name. Please take that into account when recommending someone for Friends and Family.
